Joining the HOLISTA Cashback Reward Campaign!

To receive your cashback, make sure you have the Sarawak Pay app installed on your device. If you don’t have it yet, download it now from the App Store or Google Play.

Terms & Conditions:

1. This campaign is valid for purchases of Pristin, Lacto-5, Narcox, Bitreen, Moo, Shartilage, and Nutracare products made between 1st August 2024 and 30th September 2024, and is only valid in physical retail stores.

2. Customers must provide complete details and upload the original purchase receipt via the provided link.

3. Each valid receipt entitles the participant to redeem once.

4. The campaign is open to residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above.

5. Participants must submit their purchase receipts via Google Form within 7 days from the date of purchase.

6. Any incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.

7. Each valid HP number can only be redeemed once, and the e-wallet will be credited to the HP number submitted.

8. Participants must download and activate the Sarawak Pay app before submission.

9. The rebate will be credited to the participant’s Sarawak Pay eWallet within 10 working days after verification by HOLISTA.

10. The rebate is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. HOLISTA shall not be responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect the submission or redemption process.

12. HOLISTA reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

13. By participating in the campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
