1) What is ISO 15189?
ISO 15189 is an international quality standard for medical laboratories. If a lab is accredited, it means the lab has been independently assessed and proven to meet strict standards for accuracy, safety, and reliability in medical testing.
2) Is fasting required?
Yes. You will need to fast for at least 8 hours before the test. Only plain water is usually allowed during this time.
3) How long will it take to get my test results?
Your test report will typically be ready within 7–10 days.
4) Are the procedures the same as a regular blood test?
Yes. The process is just like a standard blood test, with a small sample of blood taken from your arm.
5) How long is the campaign period?
The campaign period is from 1/11/2025 –28/2/2026.
6) Do I need to provide proof of purchase of the PRISTIN® Purity Pack?
No, you would not need to provide proof of purchase of the PRISTIN® Purity Pack.
7) Do I need to provide receipt of my blood test?
No, you would not need to. You just need to upload a copy of the blood mercury test report.

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the “Redeem a Free PRISTIN Gold 30s” campaign organized by Holista. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Eligibility
- The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Malaysia who are age 18 years or older.
- Employees of Holista and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
- The Giveaway ends on 28/2/2026.
- Entries received after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, participants purchase a pack of PRISTIN Gold Purity Pack from the nearest pharmacy.
- Participants must take a blood mercury test at a medical lab accredited with ISO 15189 recommended by us.
- Participants must fill up the information and upload their lab test result through the QR Code provided.
- Participants must verify their email through the email verification link sent by Holista once they sign up through the QR code.
- Limit entry per person per QR code.
4. Gift
- The gift is one (1) bottle of PRISTIN Gold 30s.
- The gift is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
5. Giveaway Notification
- The participants who have successfully completed all the steps will receive a free bottle of PRISTIN Gold 30s.
- The participants will be notified via [email/phone call).
- The item will be delivered to their home within 14 days upon receiving response from participants.
- If a participant does not respond within 7 days of notification, their entry will then be forfeited.
6. Publicity
- By entering, participants agree that Holista may contact them for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Liability
- Holista is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues beyond its control.
- By accepting the gift, winners agree that Holista shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the giveaway.
8. Data Protection
- Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Holista’s Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
- Holista reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
- The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
- This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with an external party.
- Holista reserves the right to disqualify and/or revoke participants’ submission from the Giveaway should the participants fail to fulfill and/or follow the steps stated to claim the free PRISTIN Gold 30s.
